Water Charges 2017 - 2018

The company has notified OFWAT the water industry's economic regulator and consulted with the Consumer Council for Water prior to publishing its water charges covering the year commencing 1st April 2017. There will be both increases and reductions in average bills.  The changes are summarised as follows:
Consumers whose charges are based on the Rateable Value of their property: The average bill will rise from  £240.61 to £249.48 an increase of 3.68%%
Consumers with metered supplies: The average bill will reduce from 176.66 to £168.89 a decrease of 4.39%.
