Intermittent Outages Today (BH Mon) - Use Water Sparingly
Through the night we have been dealing with a major burst in the mains pipe that supplies our reservoirs. We believe the burst is in the river bed near one of our pumping stations, further hindering our ability to pinpoint and repair this quickly.
We have had tankers of water being delivered through the night to top up our reservoirs but this is only providing the minimum amount of water. This will continue throughout the day.
We would therefore be extremely grateful if our customers would use water sparingly today.
Even with customer's help, there is the possibility of temporary outages and loss of pressure throughout the day.

Please note that the water company is responsible for the network up to and including your water meter or if you are not metered, up to the boundary of your property. Depending on the circumstances,
a call out charge of
£75.00 plus VAT may be chargeable. All other water issues should be referred to an emergency plumber.
